What started as a small operation has quickly grown into a trusted name in pressure washing, with two trucks and a dedicated team working hard to provide exceptional service and unbeatable results.

Mathis Owhadi
Owner/Founder
Hey, I’m Mathis Owhadi — founder of Kinda Nice. I started this company with a pressure washer, a dream, and probably too much caffeine. Now we’re a full-service exterior cleaning crew proudly serving the Greater Houston area. I’m big on clean work, great people, and building something that actually makes a difference in the community.
Outside of work, I’m an athlete at heart — you might know me from American Ninja Warrior — and I still love staying active, especially on the volleyball court. Whether I’m leading a job, designing a brand, or diving headfirst into a new idea, I’m all in.

One thing I really enjoy about the job is solving problems on the fly — whether it’s figuring out the most efficient route for a day of jobs, troubleshooting equipment, or helping the team level up. Every day’s different, and I like that.
Fun fact: I’m a pescatarian (shoutout to sushi), and when I’m not out in the field or coordinating jobs, you can probably find me gaming, hitting the gym, or doing something active outdoors. Always down for a challenge, especially if it involves strategy or getting better at something.

Hey everyone! I’m Juane, the virtual assistant behind the scenes at Kinda Nice Exterior Cleaning.
I’ve only been part of the team for a short while now, helping with admin, communications, and making sure everything runs smoothly online.
One thing I really enjoy about my role is being able to support such a hardworking and down-to-earth crew.
Outside of work, I’m a big fan of tech and love diving into anything digital.
